Our team will be taking a holiday break starting from 20th December. During this period, customer support will be available as follows:
- 23rd December – 1st January: Eepos Customer Support is closed for the holiday period.
- 2nd January – 3rd January: Live support will be available for urgent queries from 8am–2pm. Please note, response times may be longer than usual.
- 6th January: Live support will be available for urgent queries from 9am–5pm, with potentially longer response times.
