Regardless of the field of education you operate on, managing tuition and pupil data has never been this simple. User-friendly and intuitive user interface allows all users to accomplish their task quickly.
All the schools or hubs scheduling is managed in a centralised system. Admins can manage all timetables and view them per location, per teacher or per group. Tuition, events and locations are linked and the data flow is seamless between the admin, teacher and guardians portals.
With Eepos teachers can message students and guardians easily. Teachers can share files, audio and video with individual students or whole groups. Assessments and feedback can be brought easily into the school’s own curricula with only a few clicks. Teachers can give numeric or text-based assessments or use the Eepos evaluation tools (evaluation phrase banks, progress charts, attendance etc.).
Eepos has a number of built-in stats and graphics. They help schools and music hubs to understand their student mass structure, coverage, pupils’ demographic composition and distribution.
In the UK, Eepos compares DfE’s and music hubs’ internal data and the results can be analysed and used to expand reach, to target e.g. more deprived areas, to enhance local partnerships – or just to get the data for reporting the annual ACE returns.
Eepos can be supplemented with integrations to external services. We understand the ever-changing nature of running a school and in order to keep up with it, we do our best to develop Eepos further. This requires first class integrability without manual data transferring.
Eepos helps you to take care of the needed integrations to financial services, national data banks and to remote education and learning management services without massive IT-projects.
