Eepos User Group 13th September

We’d like to extend a big thank you to everyone who joined us for the Eepos User Group meeting on 13th September. It was great to connect with so many of you and share updates on new features.

For those who couldn’t make it, here’s a quick recap: we introduced major feature developments, such as the Partner Portal, Billing and Pay Claim tools. We also introduced a new account management Monday template that will help us improve our customer support processes and keep track of change requests. We also shared our plans for product development priorities for this autumn and spring 2025.

Graham has sent the meeting slides and the recording by email, but if you haven’t received the recording and would like to know more about the topics discussed in the User Group, please get in touch.

Change log updates

We’re always working behind the scenes to make our services better. Whether it’s improving existing features or developing new ones, our goal is to ensure that you get the best possible experience.

As part of this ongoing effort, we’re introducing a new process to keep you better informed. Going forward, we’ll be releasing change logs twice a month on the ‘Updates from Eepos’ section of your Eepos dashboard, and change logs will be also summarised in our newsletters. These updates will provide a look at the changes we’re making, from new features and improvements to bug fixes. This way, you’ll always be up to date with the latest developments
